Days/Weeks/Months/Years

I'm sorry it's been so long since my last post. Things have been busy, yes, but there's really nothing new going on with me here. The deployment is winding down and the first group of soldiers has arrived on Post. Homecoming is on the horizon and it's beginning to look real. I've been busy changing Jericho's clothes drawers out, preparing for cooler weather (finally!) and putting too-small clothes downstairs in storage. Michael and I are preparing our to-do lists for the move -

wait. Did I forget to tell you where we're going? I think I forgot.

It's not Ft. Jackson, South Carolina anymore. It's Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. In April.

- which will be happening in the last couple weeks of February. I'm dreaming up last-minute trips and final purchases in Nove and Vo, trying to emotionally prepare myself for this dreaded move. The plan is to cash in some of Michael's leave, head out early to NC and visit family/buy a car. After that I have no clue. We'll either head to IA to visit his family, or go straight to Oklahoma. My head is such a whirlwind of tentative plans right now, I don't know which way is up.

All I know is, after all this, it better still be Oklahoma.
