I know, it's been Spring for a little while now. But with the sudden hail, windstorms, and cold, blustery days we've had here lately, I was beginning to wonder if the warm weather was coming back. This week has been nice! We wake up to crisp, cool mornings that pair perfectly with a cup of French Vanilla coffee, and by lunchtime we're hanging out in the backyard and working on our farmer's tan.
About a week ago, we took in a 3-year-old Beagle that needed a home, but under recent circumstances, we will only be a temporary foster home for her. Sweet Sadie is a quiet, kind and gentle dog, but we've come to realize we're just not the home for her.
I'm in the process of getting Jericho ready to go back to "playschool." He's one doctor's visit away from making new friends and bringing home new artwork to display on the fridge! I know he can't wait. I know I can't, either.
